What is the Infrared Body Wrap?

The Infrared Body Wrap at Gloria’s Good Health is a great service for anyone on a weight loss program. While everyone is familiar with herbal body wraps, the infrared heat wraps are relatively new, and much more effective for permanent weight loss.

We start by wrapping you fully clothed in large foam pads that contain the heating elements. Then we pile on the towels and blankets, and allow you to sleep or just relax for 50 minutes while the heat does all the work.
